What should I wear?  You should wear comfortable clothing, we suggest pants or shorts and closed-toed shoes.  In the Fall and Spring you might need a light jacket to wear before morning and after evening flights.  In the winter is is best to dress in layers, so you can remove or put on clothing as needed.

How many people will be flying with us?  We usually have between 8 - 12 people in the basket with you.  All of our baskets are compartmentalized, so you will NEVER have more than 5 people in any compartment. 

How long will our flight last?  Your flight will last approximately an hour, but you do need to plan to be with us for 3 - 3 1/2 hours.  This allows us time for transportation to and from launching/landing sites, set up and take down of equipment, and the actual flight itself.

What is the Security Code?  For Mastercard, Visa, and Discover this is the 3 digit number located on the back of the your card in the signature panel, following the last 4 digits of your card number.  For American Express it is the 4 digit number just above the last 5 digits on the front side of your card.
